History
In 1940 a house was built on the Manor House grounds. Ownership was transferred to two subsequent residential owners before the current 
owners, Bill and Kathy Kinane, purchased the property in October of 1996. Architectural plans originally included demolition of the original home for building purposes. It was decided that the house should be preserved and moved to be used for the Manor House offices. A local company was contracted to relocate the original house. During the remodeling and expansion in 2002, the house was deemed too structurally unstable to survive another move so it was demolished. In February of 2008 Manor House acquired 8 acres of Western Row golf course with plans of building a 60-80 room hotel on the property. Construction has not yet begun on the project. The current owners, managers, and Executive Chef bring with them more than 100 years of combined restaurant and banquet experience. All food and drinks are provided in house. The opening event was held on August 23, 1997.
Rental Procedure
A date will be considered confirmed when a deposit has been received and you have signed a Rental Agreement with us. If you are interested in making reservations for a Manor House event please call us at (513) 459-0177 Monday through Saturday between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm to set up an appointment, to view the facility, and/or complete the paperwork procedure. You will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement and give us a deposit. This deposit will apply to the total purchase price of the event and is non-refundable.
The use of Manor House and Manor House Gardens is for a 4-hour period. Extended times must be pre-arranged and are subject to additional charges per
hour. Event time will commence when guests begin to arrive and ending time may need to be adjusted accordingly by Manor House management. All Manor House prices are subject to service charges, state sales tax as mentioned on designated pages, and are subject to change until you have signed a Rental Agreement. An event scheduled more than 12 months from the date of the Rental Agreement is subject to a price increase not to exceed 5%. An event scheduled more than 18 months from the date of the Rental Agreement is subject to a price increase not to exceed 8%.
Room Options and Minimums
Manor House has a variety of rooms to suit your needs. The floorplan shows the Manor House Room layouts. Due to the popularity of certain days and times, minimums and available times vary. We offer both afternoon and evening event availability and preferred times vary by day and room. Our versatility enables us to serve Weddings, Business Meetings (also providing several breakout areas), Bar & Bat Mitzvahs, Rehearsal Dinners, and Anniversary & Birthday Celebrations to name a few. We also provide a list of our menu selections online for your convenience. We will make every attempt to work with your individual needs to customize your unique event.
Outdoor Events
Manor House Grounds can be reserved for a variety of outdoor events. Our Courtyard and porches in conjunction with our perennial gardens, oak trees, patios, gazebo area, and verandas creates a unique social backdrop. Please inquire regarding "al fresco" opportunities.
